"I visited this location again today. Pros: Food is always hot, and if there's a mistake they'll fix it. You can skip the drive thru line and use the app to order. Cons: Severely understaffed, the lobby is closed for dining and the drive thru line is long and almost always backed up onto South Main St. So be patient or use the app to order ahead, then skip the line and pull into the South parking lot and call for your curbside order to be brought out. These employees seem happy, but understaffed means overworked. They need a proper raise. Remember, they're employees and not the owners so be patient and kind. It helps to know what you're ordering ahead of time if you're in a rush."
