"These apartments are a little outdated, but everything has held up very well. Maintenance was always quick to respond to any issues I’ve had, and the reason it gets 5 stars is Sharla and Sheri. Every time I’ve called the office with a concern or an issue, they’ve been nothing but kind and informative and understanding. They talk to you with respect and kindness. They’ve always gone above my expectations to help me when I’ve had problems. I’m a former property manager, and they are the best I’ve worked with in my experience."

"Absolute dumpster fire of a place to live!!! If I could give it no stars I would. I resides in this complex for two years and within that time had my roof fall apart, my ceiling consistently leak orange liquid that destroyed property, a mice infestation, and poor maintenance that neglected their duties and on occasion even damaged personal property. All of these issues were consistently made known to management and most all of them were never resolved or were resolved months after original reporting. Upon moving out I was hit with a ridiculous charge for not informing management of my leaving of the complex. Instead of answering I went into the office and the second I showed up the office manager said they “just didn’t see my papers” and removed the charge. This place is disgusting, money hungry, and essentially old, gross trailers that they gutted and renovated to rent out for $1,000’s to flip a profit. Don’t live here, literally pick anywhere else."
