Oxford Place is a historic building located at 1120 15th Street Northwest in Canton, Ohio, United States. This former John H. Lehman High School, built around 1920, has been transformed into sixty-two affordable senior apartments, offering a mix of efficiency, 1- and 2-bedroom units. The project is a priority community revitalization effort in collaboration with The City of Canton.

With support from the City of Canton, low-income housing tax credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and state historic tax credits from the Ohio Development Services Agency, all 62 units will be affordable for individuals with incomes not exceeding 80% of the area median income. Some units will specifically target those with incomes at 50% or less of the area median income, with 7 units set aside for residents with mobility or sensory impairments.

The development of Oxford Place is being coordinated by a.m. RODRIGUEZ ASSOCIATES inc. and RDL Architects to ensure the preservation of the building's architectural integrity. The project will be constructed by a team of experienced professionals, including RDL Architects, Tober Construction Company, and Naylor Wellman historic consultants.

Standing vacant for over 15 years, the former Lehman High School will be revitalized into a community space once again, providing much-needed affordable housing for seniors in Canton. The groundbreaking ceremony for Oxford Place was attended by alumni and city officials, celebrating the preservation of Canton's history and the creation of new housing opportunities for low-income seniors.
