"Wanted to check out this place but it looks very outdated especially that there was a roofing company currently working. Doesn't seem very secure as there where building entrances with the doors wide open. Also was a leaf blower guy staring down every car, not surprising given the snow plow guy review on here. Seems like drama city & a place to avoid"

"I want to preference this with, if I could give them no stars I would. My husband and I have lived at this apartment complex for 2 and a half years in two different apartments. We have had many problems with this second apartment we moved into and when we call maintenance, they take their good old time responding. We regularly have problems with the pluming, including our toilet and the drain in the laundry room backing up. Also parking here SUCKS! They are working on renovating. However, they are not doing ours until we move out because they want to increase the rent and we are not agreeing to that. The last and final straw for use was when I came home for lunch one day and "the owner" was outside snow plowing. He started yelling at me from across the parking lot for parking in the "wrong spot"(there is no designated parking except for each apartment gets one carport, that my husband was using at this time). When I said, I would only be a little while and I would move the car after my lunch break. He went on yelling, calling me a little b**** and called me the C word along with every other name in the book. Then he started to pile the snow up in front of my car. When I finally had enough of his insanity, I went back outside to move my car before he hit it or blocked me in with the snow. As I was standing at my car trying to unlock the door, he started plowing the snow up onto my feet. At this point I was very angry and turned around and started yelling at him and asked if he thought it was funny, in which he responded, "yeah I do" and then threatened to evict me. All this was over a parking spot...? I am still in shock over the whole thing. I would like to add that I do not believe that he was truly the "owner" like he calmed he was, because I know my landlord and her name is Jenifer, she is generally a nice lady."

"Lived here for six months now. The rent is very affordable. I'm a college student able to afford a two bedroom. It is typically pretty quiet around here. I've only had a handful of disruptive instances. The laundry facility is kind of janky, but it is convenient to have one in the basement. Apartment maintenance is quick to respond to things inside the apartment, but the grounds people work at inconvenient times or don't respond for a while. Overall, I have small complaints but I'm content living here for the foreseeable future. Plus it's easy to get to shopping, dining, etc. We're right down the from Walsh Univ., and a smaller strip mall. About 10-15 minutes from both The Strip and Belden Village. About 10 minutes from Route 77. If you need to get to Akron it's a 25 min commute."
