Redwood Louisville

"60 days in. We moved into a new 2 bedroom 2 bath home. As with many of these types of properties, they are built in haste to turn a profit and this one is no exception. Every corner that could be cut was. It looks nice at first glance, just don't look too closely. For the price point, I expected better. My number 1 complaint is how thin the walls are. I can hear my neighbors constantly. I am sure they also do not enjoy this annoyance I have to continually request them to lower their music. Its not ideal. I want to be left alone and leave my neighbors alone as well. I realize that is difficult in this type of community living but there was clearly no effort put forth in any type of sound proofing between homes. Number 2 complaint is the quality of the finish work. There are screws poking through the drywall everywhere. There are bubbles in the drywall mud and if you can find 2 square corners in any one room I'll give you $100. Number 3 complaint that is temporary but annoying none the less is that we were put into a home about 10 feet from where they are constructing several new buildings. So at 7am every morning I get to wake up to the sound of 20 or so people hammering away at building the next cluster Redwood apartments. Pro's: The maintenance team is punctual and effective. The location is great. Management seems friendly so far. The dog waste bags are usually refilled. There are still a lot of empty homes. And it fit my budget. Overall I am satisfied but I HATE that I am able to hear my neighbors."

"The team here at the Louisville redwoods is really amazing. The units are beautiful and well maintained. But the staff really make it wonderful. Very responsive and issues are fixed quickly! And answer all our many questions. I felt like the team cared about me as a person! We were never hit with any surprise fees and any inspections or maintenance times were given to us days in advice. Wonderful community here at Louisville."

"Kim and Jenna were so kind and helpful through the process of moving from Florida to Ohio. My apartment is so beautiful. I love it! They made doing the paperwork a breeze and helped every step of the way... Been here 3 days and I love it already."

"People these guys at Redwood appartment are scam artist. First to get approved you have to pay100 dollars upfront for crefit checks per- person then they give us a price and a move in date. Then they up the price and when the date came they moved it further out, stating that the appartment needed cleaned, instead of giving us another appartment. We gave our previous landlord a 30 day notice. By the time we were able to move in we only had 2 days to be out of our old apoartment. Then when we moved out we gave them a 45 day written notice and a verbal notice. We paid them on time every month even told them to take all of February even though we will be out on the12th they prorated us for only half month. on the 12th of February we cleaned that appartment spotless took tons of pictures proving it. Next thing we got was a lawyer in Georgia sending us a paper collecting a debt for 1587. And another paper from redwoods They claimed we left the place trashed so they kept our deposit. Scam artist stay away far away. I won't even talk a out them taking care of the out side. Terrible place when you want to move out they are sue happy sue happy so it was terrible moving in and even worse moving out they said they had to paint the walls, even though they wasn't painted when we moved in, then they said the toilet seats were yellow that's why the kept our deposit her are the walls and toilet seats and I have probable 250 more pictures"

"The Redwood Louisville has been a great place to call home the past 6 months, I was stressed when I first found out about my relocation for work but Kim and the team helped make it amazing, the communication was fantastic and it felt welcoming and like home since the day I put an application in. Upon moving over I had some items delivered early that they had moved into the garage and house for me to keep safe the days prior. The units are amazing and spacious, the dog park if you have pets is helpful for people leaving a yard, and overall it’s a nice safe quiet community on the edge of all amenities you could want. I’m in the process of being relocated again for work and unfortunately there will not be a Redwood where I’m going but again Kim and her team have been great at helping with the process. I will very much miss this place I called home the past 6 months and would like to thank them for making it a great experience and beautiful place to live! Highly recommend if you’re looking in the area!"
