"Currently paying approx $3500/month for a one bedroom unit on the terrace level. I haven’t been able to boil water since moving in. Have complained about it a million times and nothing has been done. Awful product and management. Save yourself the trouble, there are better properties nearby. Just wasted $200 in groceries trying to cook on this stove."

"Awesome apartment that has everything you want. The rooms are spacious and have lots of windows unlike most downtown apartments with just windows in living room. There is a great rooftop lounge on the 29th floor with excellent views in all directions, as well as firepits and seating areas. There is also a gym in the basement. There is now also a pool on the 8th floor roof. The leasing, desk and security staff are all super friendly and helpful. So happy with my apartment choice!"
