Franklin Terrace Seniors Apartments

"I've lived at Franklin Terrace for 2 years and they are very nice, clean and quiet. Also roomy. The bathrooms are not good for people who are disabled though. They are quite small with no step in showers. They have two bedrooms for couples; singles are in the one bedroom apts but the one bedroom is huge. Microwaves are included, so is electric, water and trash, along with stove and fridge. The livingroom and kitchen are open floor plan. There is a very nice large patio for each apt. Allowed to have one pet (have to pay a pet deposit but they let you pay it in increments) of 25 lbs or under. A small laundry room is located in the 'clubhouse' (4 washers and 4 dryers) and they are very cheap to operate - only $1.50 a load as of Feb 2022. All apts are one storey. The grounds are kept very nicely. Tenants are responsible for keeping their patio tidy. I am fussy but I have nothing bad to say about Franklin Terrace or the employees. Once a month a tenant 'do' is organized and includes bring your own dish along with pizza provided by the management; usually bingo or another game is sponsored. With Covid sometimes these are cancelled out of necessity."
