She explained the application process in detail, she had great energy and very knowledgeable. If I decide to move sometime soon I'd love to have her as an agent."

"Horrible experience. I moved in summer 2022 and it has been the worse apartment I’ve ever lived in. First I started seeing roaches, then it was mice in my unit. As the winter started I woke up some mornings with NO HEAT!!!! This is unacceptable. When I complained about the roaches, maintenance wanted me to take matters in “my own hands” until the scheduled exterminator service would come to the property, just sad! It’s been 7 months later and I still see roaches! I asked to be moved to another unit or property and Smartland kept ignoring my request. The leasing office never answers the phone and they don’t return your call. I would advised you not to move into 1-3-1 apartments, you will regret it!!!"

"I just moved in. And I am satisfied. Newly renovated hardwood floors, ceiling light with bluetooth speaker, graphite kitchen with new stove and fridge. Hard to find features like this at this rent. Elliot is the guy you want to show you around. Cannot ask anything more from him. Professional, responsible, friendly, and honest. He will answer all of your questions and if he does not have an answer, he will get the answer. He did his best to make my move in experience the best there is. If there is something that needs taken care of that is not his responsibility, Elliot would still reach out to whoever in charge to get things taken care of for you. Next time I’m looking to find a new place, I’d be grateful if my agent is half as good as Elliot."
