"Toured the property, building 5 laundry wasn’t working and smelled. Was able to talk to a current resident and their looking to move especially for their cars getting towed all the way to miles. It was little parking available and at the price of 789 there is little to no amenities. So two stars because the layout is nice but again no benefits."

"Eric, their Maintenance Technician, was the BEST! I had a bunch of stuff that had built up to fix and he came and fixed all of them. He was efficient and friendly and made it a breeze!"

"UNACCEPTABLE CATCH 22!! I had a guest visit me and their vehicle was towed at 10:30pm at night. The tow company confirmed the pick up time and said they were told specifically by management to do rounds at the complex. I called management and spoke with Shari initially, she tried to assist, but was unable to help so I asked for a call from the manager. The manager (I believe her name was Theresa) called and was very rude, would not allow me to speak and to be honest extremely dismissive especially after I made the valid point that if a guest visits for an hour their vehicle could be towed at any point, basically implying that Smartland residents cannot have guest because their vehicle can be towed at anytime with no recourse to the Smartland. So just do not have guest. Matter of fact. Don’t live here if you have friends, acquaintances or anyone that may visit you at any point during your lease. Also PLEASE NOTE, the lease does not cover visitors and their expectations on guest vehicles. The lease must state these expectations clearly and it does not."

"If I could rate this place a zero I would. I got my car towed from the place I lay my head everyday and pay rent for all because no one from the leasing office sent out my parking permit even after the guy said he would drop it off. I had to pay 175 to get my car out they said they would refund me but now they just went ghost now that I’m asking for my money back after the mess up was on THEIR end."

"Parking/car towing is still an issue here, but the apartment itself isn’t bad. No bugs. Maintenance comes, neighbors are noisey sometimes but what do you expect. The leasing office is slightly getting better, but the only way to reach them is by email. You can call all day and not get an answer."
