"I cannot begin to say how communicative, friendly, and compassionate the staff at Twin Oaks Manor are. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, they have remained responsive and empathetic as people adjust to this new norm and with getting back to work. Additionally, there a few apartment buildings in this area that do not have a dog weight restriction and our husky has been well-received here! Again, I cannot thank the staff, in particular Pamela, enough for their hard work, dedication, and compassion towards their tenants!"

"Dogs without leases. No heat. Boiler system didnt work half the time. Moving as soon as possible. Pay too much money. Parking spaces taken up by broken down cars that never get towed even though they have been tagged for a month."

"Location is good, but rooms are old, need renovation. personally, I think the price is a bit expensive for its room condition. Especially the parking lot, needs Lots of improvement. my car got hit while parked there, and the person ran off. Only one camera and covers 1/3 area, so I had to pay out my own pocket. Not a good experience."

"Had I written this review a few months ago, I would have probably given it 3 stars. The buildings are amazing and the area is hot, but it felt like no one was taking care of the place. But recently, that has changed. AIY really seems to be investing in upkeep of the premises. The people I have had to deal with in my 1.3 years here have never been anything less than awesome. I love everyone in the offices, and the maintenance people are nice. I just (technically) signed my third lease here, if that tells you anything. The courtyards are beautiful and everyone I meet seems to be very friendly. If all of the improvements going on continue, I will be back to change this to 5 stars"
