"When you first view these apartments they appear very nice. Once you move in you realize how cheaply built they really are. They are built on slabs so the floors are always cold. Buy lots of area rugs you will be glad you did!! The furnace is located right behind the living room wall. Every time it kicks on you will have to turn your Tv way up to be able to hear it and then back down when furnace/AC goes off. It gets really old fast. The bathroom fixtures can’t be made any cheaper. We felt the base of the shower was going to give way every time we showered. The toilets got clogged often, a double flush required. The units are very dark. No windows in kitchen and living room. It’s like a long dark tunnel. Once you get to the other end of apartment there’s a slider which is the main source of light. Skylights would have been a big plus in these units. Try to get an end unit so you will have more exterior windows. The refrigerators are extremely loud. When ice was being made we actually thought someone was in our unit. It would startle you in the middle of the night. The best thing about these units was the manager running the place. She (Alex) was a gem and would bend over backwards to help you. The site maintenance manager Scott was very helpful as well. This unit served it purpose for our short term needs but way over priced for what you receive."
