"I can't say enough good things about this place! This was the second time I rented from Tower Press, first in their Tower Press building and then at 2320 Lofts! Linda at 2320 was absolutely an awesome building manager, always kept us up to date with building maintenance schedules, kept us up to date with things that were going on downtown and made sure rules were enforced. Can't ask for a better administrative and facilities staff! if that wasn't enough, the actual units are an awesome oasis away from the daily grind. Personally, I preferred the downtown skyline from my unit at Tower Press ( unit #335) but 2320 had an awesome industrial feel and indoor parking!"

"we've been here just over a month and have struggled with something rather frequently. multiple appliance issues (including the thermostat) and now our closet has puddles of water from the rain seeping through the cracks in the walls. all external walls sweat which causes a great deal of moisture in all of the rooms. maintenance requests during the week are prompt, but good luck on the weekends. at times, the responses received from parts of management are condescending and don't fully own the problem. you can tell that most of the explanations are "adult-splained" because just about every other tenant is a college student or just too young to know any better. the building manager is very sweet but is only one person and cannot be expected to buffer every issue for every tenant all at once and could use a little support. it is a lovely space, but we can't appreciate it because it feels like one big freak accident. And everyone who is able to help seems to have no idea why these things are happening. it's difficult because we have been greatly accommodated in many other ways and the team is mostly great. we just want the quality of our new home to match its beauty. Edit: They are trying to resolve our immediate concerns and appear to be taking our concerns seriously. Will continue to update as solutions have been outlined and executed. Edit: I am happy with the walk-through that was conducted today and we look forward to the causes being identified and rectified. We feel heard and validated which goes a long way. Thank you 2320 for helping us out! Edit 2/17/20: I can honestly say we finally feel at home! Management has done everything to meet our needs and we are very happy with the results. We look forward to fully settling in and building our family at 2320."
