"I'm very concerned who's writing these reviews. Over the 3 years I have lived here, it has deteriorated by A LOT and I will not be renewing my lease. Laundry is always down and the machine to load more money on your card never works. Elevators are always down, there is always trash left in the lobby & elevators. 3 weeks ago, there was vomit in multiple areas covered w. Clothes. There is only 1 person that cleans one day out the week for a 7 floor building. Maintenance is speedy. But you cannot rely on management to contact you because they only way is via email, since the phones are never picked up. People are constantly screaming at each other and can easily be heard from the balcony. The heat is very weak and since it's right under the balcony window it is not efficient, so I use my own electric heater. When they came to do their annual leak checks. They gave us "24 HR notice" told us they will be here the WEEK of the 6th, meaning they could not give us a specific date but will show up at any time and any day of that week. As a single woman in my own home, it is not assuring to get a notice like that. On the paper notice, it told us not to contact for they could not give us a date or accommodate. I do not recommend this place. You get what you pay for and I will be VERY happy when my lease is up."
"Current resident since July 2023. I haven’t encountered any issues really until recently I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink. I reported the problem and then went away for a couple days for a trip. I just got back and they replaced the drain pipe, the drain, and the faucet with all new. I also reported that my bathroom fan went out and that was fixed as well, within 3 days. Very impressed and keeps me feeling confident with my choice to live here!"
"The elevator in building 1 is still down so seven floors of tenants have to wait on one elevator. I called three or four weeks ago and was told they are waiting for a part for the elevator to fix it. Unsure where they ordered this part from, but in that time I have ordered and already received items I ordered. I know building 1 is not the best but everyone still pays the same rent as the other buildings. So it can't be because they don't have the money. A family moved in this past Sunday so it tied up the one working elevator."
"Facility is pretty quiet place to live, with occasional loud music but everyone is friendly. The maintenance crew is great, very responsive and knowledgeable. The place is very clean, cleaning crews are friendly and do an outstanding job. There is a party room to rent for occasions, that’s cool. Rent Prices reasonable. Some cons: if you have an out of town area phone number other than 216 or 330, their entry system supposedly can’t add your number for guests to entry ring. They’ve made no attempt to rectify the upgrade after several requests. Update your antiquated system or give enough fobs which management won’t do either. The second con is the refrigerator size is less than a full size and they won’t accommodate larger. We cook/bake for our family, and fridge size is a real problem. Third… no garbage disposal or kitchen faucet sprayer. Fourth: elevator size won’t accommodate large sofas. Measure your furniture with elevator dimensions before signing a contract. Elevator door entry: 35-5/8x7ft. Elevator Interior size is 50”Wx77”Dp.x90”H. We had to sell ours and get one that had three sectional smaller sizes to assemble into one. Management initially told us they knew of one person who could not fit their couch. We met 7 people the first month we rented. One lady was really upset about selling her previous couch. There is no maintenance elevator and stair wells have limited furniture height and turning capacity. Also, not permitted to have a floor mat outside the apartment entry door and no holiday decor permitted on the door exterior, just wrong. No security cameras on parking lots, but fire and police stations very nearby. One car window was broken into and verified, another car was allegedly stolen. Neither of those were our vehicles and we’ve not noticed any crime issues other than seeing the car window shattered. There have been some funky “skunky” smoker detection! Pool is an added plus, but is not a heated pool as was told, only by the sun! Lastly, all 3 buildings have patios and railings, all of which require high pressure spraying, and/or painted or replaced. Current aesthetics make it look run down. Would make the entire facility look cleaner and up to date. All-in-all, not a bad temp place to use/have for visiting the family."
"The apartments are decently sized, but management is AWFUL! They require you to get renters insurance in order to live here, but then when you try to use it, they deny you right away. And they are quick to try to charge you fees here and there, but drag their feet when it comes to keeping up with the facility itself. The elevators are ALWAYS breaking down and management never wants to be bothered. There is absolutely NO sense of customer service unfortunately."
