The Village at Mayfield

"I really enjoyed my time at The Village at Mayfield apartments, so much so I lived there for 3+ years! Not only was it in a great location but it didn't feel like your typical apartment living. I had a 2bed 2 full-bath with a small den and it felt more like a condo or a small house compared to your standard apartment. Not to mention it was very quiet even though I had people through the wall and above me. The office staff were very helpful whenever I had any question not to mention the maintenance department was always quick to respond to any and all problems I might have had. Bonus of Heinens being within walking distance really was a perk as well! Great place if you are a pet owner as they have a great dog park on site- in addition they have a well maintained gym with a little bit of everything you might need to do a workout, and a nice pool for summer time! I think the only negative thing I have to say is that parking can be a bit tricky in the lots in the evening, especially on the weekends, but if you don't feel like fighting for a spot there are always garage spots that can be paid for, that are well worth it (especially during winter)."

"The Village at Mayfield is a lovely apartment complex. The grounds are gorgeous. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff responds quickly. The pool area is luxurious. However, if you are a person with mobility issues, this is not the place for you. There are large and small staircases everywhere. There is a large step up and down from the parking deck. None of the buildings have elevators. The staircases to the second floor is 14 steps. Three of the four apartments in my building on the second floor are seniors with mobility issues and we found the stairs just too much to do."

"Recently relocated to Texas after living here for 1 year. It was a better apartment living experience and no major complaints during my time here. I got my initial deposit back which is unheard of at previous locations."

"I recently moved into an apartment at the Village at Mayfield apartments in Mayfield Village. I am extremely happy that I did. My apartment building is on Aintree Park Drive, which is nestled in a neighborhood of not only other two story apartment buildings, but homes lined with beautiful trees throughout. It has a great feel to it, an enjoyable place to take long walks, and clearly it’s not like living in some high-rise with just the parking lot for a view. There are several amenities like the workout room and swimming pool. Also, my apartment was completely updated, with a brand new feel to it. The staff is great,…very friendly, professional and helpful. A great place to live as apartment living goes."

"I just renewed my lease for a 2nd year. Fabulous place to live; feels more like a condo than apartment living. Great neighbors. Quiet living- I never hear my neighbors above me or next to me. Dog park is great with no aggressive dogs. Beautiful pool and clubhouse. The maintenance team and rental office staff respond and fix everything quickly! The neighborhood is great, and everything that you need is very close by! Highly recommend ."
