"I’ve been here for almost 6 years and this year was the worse I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never had any issues with my first leasing manager ljay . He was the BEST and stayed on top of things. The place were CLEAN , problems were solved, but ever since we got a new leasing management things have gone downhill tremendously!!! I’ve been in my 1 bdrm for 5 yrs and recently moved into 2 bdrm which wasn’t move in ready. The bathroom were dirty , floors needed repaired, filter were dirty , trash everywhere by the dumpster , the maintenance man is rude and gives attitude anytime you address your concerns . I’m just over it . Can’t wait until my lease is up ! Never coming back ever"

"I’ve lived here at Maple Highlands for the past 4 years. It has been an okay place to live up until the last year or so. I pay my rent on time every month. I keep my apartment clean and I notify the Owner/Manager LJ when there is an issue in my unit. That’s why I don’t understand why I came home 2 days ago to no power in my apartment. The switch on the panel for my apartment was turned off near the front entrance, but all the units in the building was working. Anybody can walk in and switch off the power-which should change. From now on I will write a review and make a police report if this continues."

"I’ve been here for two years now and it’s been nothing short of amazing! LJ has been amazing. I love my neighbors and it still feels like a loving community. No disturbances or loud noise. I feel at home even 2yrs later!"

"My uncle and I have called numerous of times, I've even left a few messages on their voicemail system in regards to an "available soon" one bedroom unit. To no avail, anyone has failed to respond back to the urgency of our persistence. My uncle has to give his current residence a 30 day notice by August 31st, which is why we have been constantly calling this place for the last two weeks!! We were impressed with the high quality reviews, and was looking for him an awesome home in a great community. I am forced to leave this one star..wish I could leave none for poor customer service!! Highly disappointed!"
