"Let me say this much, I just moved on this property and my unit is amazing. The property manager Mr. Johnson has been the sweetest young man I ever encountered. He is very helpful and kind to anyone he talks to. I even ask my neighbors about him and they had nothing but good things to say. Also, that he is fair. Sunnyslope has became a home for me and my child."

"The new ownership and management at Sunnyslope have done tons of amazing upgrades. New flooring, all new paint, new butcher block countertops, new white cabinets, new painted hallways, driveway has been sealed. Pretty awesome!"

"Been living here for 3+ years and have seen a lot of improvements. New upgraded apartments and finally they have acted on removing the problem tenants. The new owner has done a lot of work and owns his word. They hired new staff in the office who are friendly and know what they are doing. The owner took feedback about the old mangers and got rid of them. THANK YOU! They finally have fixed the parking issues and have the parking lot monitored daily. I was on my way out until I started to see these changes. Love it here."

Extremely large townhome apartment. I moved out of my house due to family selling it into a 2 bedroom townhome here and absolutely love it. Danielle and Gary in the office are great."
