"Terrible, the apartments have a Roach problem, a stink bug problem and possible a bed bug problem. The grounds manager is racist and a misogynist. The halls reek of curry. The only things that's good is the maintenance man. They lost my rent check and tried to get me to give them more money and charge me a late fee because they lost my payment. The swimming pool water is usually some shade of green and the health department had to come out to check on it."

"SLUM LORDS ran by three hillbillys who NEVER respond to any complaints. The apartments reak of curry and rotten food. They told me my apartment was move in ready and when I moved it I had to spend 3 weeks cleaning the disaster they left. The shower was broken for 2 weeks and they never took any rent money off. Good luck trying to get a hold of management, they never answer either. The GM said he would meet with me in August and its December and still nothing. You're better off sleeping in your car."
