"The property manager is great (Tara). She is very responsive and cares about the people here. Maintenance staff is really good as well. I love living close to the metro park, and I've never had pest issues that usually go along with being close to nature like that. It would be kind of nice to have replacements for older carpeting and stuff like that but the important things are done well."

"Haven’t been here a year yet and it is a disgrace to apartment living. Management is SORRY (Tara is very rude and is here for a paycheck) never here at the office and don’t care about the tenants. I have never lived in an apartment like this and this building should be in East Cleveland or somewhere not Bedford. I agree to what other people as far as the 1-2 stars. If I could do 0 stars I would. But, I’ll be out of here soon.."

"It is going on my 12th year here at these apartments. When first occupied it was great! Now there is drug activity, upkeep is poor, no security or cameras. They wish to match the rental for the area. However management is lacking in the upkeep and care of this property. Paying rent is no problem. But in order to make the standard of living for the area, upkeep of the standard of living is imperative."

"I've been here for 3 plus years and its the people why I stick around. From the friendly, courteous neighbors to the awesome maintenance and cleaning staff. Property management (Tara) is caring and understanding of the tenants concerns and needs. If it was not for management, friendly staff, and polite tenants, I do not think the folks who reside in Bedford Place would stay as long as they do. Five stars for sure...but that's only because I cannot give 10!"
