North Isle Apartments

"We moved here about a year ago and I just wanted to leave a nice review. We have a great apartment. It is one of the remodeled ones. It has whole attic storage. Anytime we have an issue or a need the maintenance guy is on top of it. Everyone is very nice and very nice neighbors. I really enjoy living here. Only four stars because I don’t like the gravel driveway in the back."

"not even posting because i’ve lived here, but because of the unorganization of the manager. scheduled yesterday for a showing today after trying to come to the realization i just wanted to see something before putting money into an application fee (which was hard to comprehend). then come today for the manager to not only not listen to a word i said but swear i was supposed to be there yesterday, and then proceeds to tell me it’s first come first serve. when i’m trying to get out that she must have me confused with someone else because i was scheduled for 1. she was no help, and wouldn’t let me talk. all and all seems so complicated to get any answers or actual help. i wouldn’t want to deal with this confusion again."

"My mom passed away and the property gave us 2 weeks to remove her things. How insensitive huh? Its gets better. They took 60% of the next months rent when asked why would you do this and we were out before the next month. They told me because we didn't give prior notice she was going to die. Wow! To add insult to injury when they the returned her deposit to us the letters ending said we wish you happiness. This is an elderly complex and they don't cater to the elderly. In the winter you have to shovel your own walk way and the parking lot is always full of ice. I wouldn't let my dead dog rent from them. They only care about the money."
