"We've been here almost 5 years and love it. Although they don't have hardwood floors, granite countertops and some of the "snazzy" updates nowhere else will you get 1600 sq ft, stainless appliances, 2 car attached garage, dogs allowed and many other amenities for this price! And we have the BEST and most responsive maintenance people available!"

"Maintenance crew, Scott and Dave, are on top of things! I emailed about low water pressure at the kitchen faucet and master bathroom shower. The NEXT day I had a brand new water tank installed!! I also have timely responses from the leasing office whenever I email. Thank you staff"

"The area around the complex is lovely and quiet, but the model is VERY dated for the rates they are charging. The model is usually the shining example of what a complex offers, so in this case it speaks volumes. They said a unit was available but I could not see it until move in date. That's a HUGE RED FLAG. No way should anyone sign a lease on a unit they're not permitted to view in advance. I think I dodged a bullet. Potential renters beware."

"We really like it here! It's quiet and well-maintained. But the real heroes are the maintenance staff; they are quick, polite, responsive, answer all your questions and get the job done. They even went out and bought us a new garbage disposal when ours broke, and fixed it all within a day. Really great guys and a great benefit of being here at Grand Bay."
