"It’s so disgusting in there. I live there with my grandmother and it is DIRTY!! The elevator and hallways look a mess.The lobby is disgusting like it hasn’t been cleaned in YEARS..The people who work at the office are barley there and the pool hasn’t been cleaned since god knows when.. the carpet from the stairs aren’t even there anymore. The doors stay unlocked and constantly opened.. a deer has gotten in the building before! I do not recommend this place at all.. Also the water takes forever to get hot. You have the wait atleast a good minute. If you want a good place don’t come here but if you wanna stay in the ghetto come here."

"All reviews here are accurate. This was the only building in the area with vacancies that accepted dogs, so I had no choice though. I thought maybe they were overreactions or grumpy former tenants. Nope, all true. Their lack of maintenance has hospitalized and killed former tenants. After my 6th month of asking for pest control for the ants that were here when I moved in the woman in the front office got very gruff with me. The pest control guys killed all the ants and then I went in vacation and came back to thousands of roaches. I've been trying to get rid of them for months now. It's gross. I lost my keys and contacted the emergency maintenance staff that afternoon. After over an hour of calling I got in contact and they said they'd be out shortly. When I called a few hours later to check in they said my family and I could sleep outside for the night and they'd replace the lock tomorrow. Water bubbled up into my apartment from god knows where and clogged my drains. After over a month of contact every few days the past two weeks because they've continually sent me other people's confidential documents. For almost 2 months they told me someone was on their way every day. The dishwasher stayed full of sludge this entire time and none of the drains worked, so I had to throw all the dirty water out of the windows. My lights are wired together and blew out if I turned the wrong ones on at the same time. I can no longer get lights even with replacing bulbs. The first isn't blown, the wiring is just so messed up that they've permanently gone out. Except when they randomly flash. There are only two working electrical sockets in my apartment. The others shoot out sparks and won't hold a plug in them. It gets worse the longer you're here. I miss running water and electricity. There's tons of heat though because the heater can't be turned down/off. They still haven't sent maintenance for the issues that were present when I moved in 2 years ago. I still only have 2 working outlets and lights and a fan hanging by a single wire out of the ceiling that the property manager personally saw over a year ago. My dry rotted faucet is molding everything, which the plumbers and maintenance manager saw and said they'd replace when "the parts came in." There are cockroaches everywhere and the hallways are so full of smoke even when the yearly building fire isn't happening that I've needed to go to the hospital for breathing treatments to stay alive. DO NOT LIVE HERE WITH ASTHMA! I signed my final lease and for a six month lease with a pet in a 1 bedroom is $885. They sent me an email that it would be $680+$100 for a six month lease+$35 for the pet. They said that there's a clause in the lease that they can change the rent at any time for any reason without notice. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Please don't live here unless there really are no other options. This is not a good place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"ROACHES !!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! It is so terrible , there was always something wrong !!! Any time i called to the office and requested maintenance they never came !!! It got to a point where they stop answering the phone. I would call and email the property manager never any answer and was always told the same thing. I had soo many PROBLEMS AND NEVER NO PROFESSIONALISM. APARTMENT WAS BROKEN INTO. The doors lock doesn’t WORK anyone can coMe in or out. people started moving out and the roaches started to shift to my apartment INFESTATION INFESTATION INFESTATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! Build back from ground up !!! Stop paying rent NEVER SENT NOBODY TO COME SPRAY !!! Had to spend my own money to handle it and that barely helped couldn’t even stay there broke out in hives and this isn’t anywhere anybody needs to stay . There was no one even working there and we were all just living there with no management and all these fire hazards. Had to get out of there !"

"I had put in multiple maintenance requests for my kitchen sink and my shower. I haven’t had any work done in over a year. Even when I went to renew my lease three months ago I mentioned it and they admitted to me that the work order for my sink as been on file since January but never gotten work done because they wanted to wait until the bug problem was fixed. The bug problem has been fixed for months and they still didn’t bring no one to fix my kitchen sink. So now Im using water from my bathtub to clean my dishes and this has became very frustrating."

"Apartment hallways are disgusting , people let their dogs poop in the hallway and don’t clean up afterwards . maintenance is horrible and walk around all day without doing their job . leasing office never answers the phone , they said the property manager quit so nobody is never in the office , they stapled my bathroom mirror up and it eventually fell down they keep saying they’re going to order me a new one and it’s been over 2 months , bathroom tub is always clogging up , laundry room is filled with flies and roaches and trash . these are the worst apartments to ever live in all they care about is rent nothing else , sliding closet doors are all broken"
