"Any good reviews on here are fake …. This is THE worst apartment I have ever seen. The elevators never work , the stairway lights are always out . My screen door has been broken for over a year and they keep saying “they will get to it “ people leave garbage in the halls .. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! EVER! I had to literally help a handicap lady up the stairs because NONE of the elevators were working , this place is the lowest of the low"

"Absolutely nobody to speak to once I arrive for my visit I was told nothing was available to be shown even though online say it’s several units available. The person at the front desk had no idea to the answer of any questions. I was told a leasing agent would contact me back never did. It was several people in the office playing loud music not offering to help or explain anything very ghetto. I called several “ leasing managers “ no answer nor returned called . Very ghetto"

"The entire staff is polite and very helpful. I see positive changes happening at this complex. I love how we have to take trash outside, rather then leaving it in a compactor room . Shoot, that eliminates bugs . But some people can be lazy and just toss it wherever. I don’t get that . If you notice it and let management know who the culprits are, they actually do something about it . My floor is a lot cleaner these days. My home is lovely and quiet . People rarely come on here to leave positive reviews , when they are “happy”. But fast to leave anything negative, once they’re upset about something . I’m renewing for another year, without any hesitation. Don’t listen to all the negative reviews. See for yourself."

"I won't go into to all the details of my issues with the actual apartments but what I will say is that, any issue I've had, the leasing office staff has been super helpful with addressing my concerns in a timely manner. Special thanks to Chantia, Lia and Angela for helping me get through my existing issues. I can't forget about Rich and the other gentleman at the front desk who found my lost package for me!! I really appreciate you all!"

"Where do I start. These apartments should be ashamed to be calling them luxury , they are everything but that. I broke my lease and left in 4 months of staying there. Take a look at the photos, it speaks for itself."
