"I recently moved in Garfield Villa apartments this month and I MUST I’m in love with my apartment, the leasing went very smooth and easy leasing management is wonderful she actually listens to you and communicates with you with any problems, maintenance is wonderful your not waiting weeks for someone to come fix something they are hands on the best!!! "Parking is terrible. People park there non working vehicles in the front of the building while the people who have working vehicles have to park in the back. It’s no cameras in the parking lot somebody did a hit and run on my car. The hallway walls and ceiling are falling apart. The walls are thin so you can always hear your non working neighbors"

"Hi, It so Cold in this place , mind you the heat work just fine , it's the air coming in through the bottom of the windows . Just been here for 2 days and feel like this not good. Now other this is I would it's okay place."
