Aspen Lake

"I Love Aspen Lake Apartments. They are in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The apartments are lovely and have neutral colors plus an in suite Washer & Dryer."

"Lived here for 3 years. It was on alright place although the prices shot up this last year. Pros: Easy access to brunswick and Medina -Apartments themselves are fairly nice/large -Balcony's are spacious -Maintenance were always friendly and on time almost always. Kudos to them -Office staff was friendly for the most part -No issues with bugs in the apartments other than some gnats in the summer Cons: Floors are made of wood so you hear your up and downstairs neighbors easily (not next door though) - I would hear kids jumping below me. Can hear neighbors on the balconies at times, but this depends where your room is at - This was really the worst -Bees/wasps often float around the balcony as they are made out of wood, made it hard to sit out there at times. -A bit pricey in my opinion considering the area (with the more run down apartments across the way) and all, but this could just be the economy at the moment. -No elevators at least in the complex I was in at least -Outdoor areas were not often clean. It frequently had dog feces sitting around that was never picked up -Parking lots are poorly plowed in the winter + they are a bit narrow -This may change down the line, but of the 3 years I lived there the last 2 there was always road construction (On pearl) so getting out was a hassle Overall not great not terrible, it would not be a first choice for me now. If you can afford it, you may luck out with an apartment there without the issues I mentioned above, but i'd say look around the area at other places before here."

"Snow on the ground. No plowing of parking lots or through ways. No snow cleared from sidewalks. No salt applied to any surfaces. Apparently not a safe place to live in an ohio winter. Find somewhere else. Not recommended."

"They are pretty nice but way to expensive...my mom basically had to leave due to rent always rising. But now shes in a condo she will own and pays half of what she paid at this place."

"Everyone is so nice, Pamela the property manager is one of the best people I've ever met. She will definitely go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Everyone else is great too, maintenance staff and the other girls that work in the office as well. I will definitely be staying!!!"
