Terraces at Northridge

"My experience living in this complex is outstanding. I have rented many apts here in Cleveland and Columbus. On one hand I can honestly say I only found 3 complexes that I would definitely recommend someone to move to and this is one of them. When I first moved in I got a welcome letter, wine, chocolate and two wine glasses. I felt appreciated right away. Over all my experience working with Kim and Tiffany has been great. Both of these ladies work hard and making sure their tenants are happy. They both take pride in making sure the property is clean and safe for their tenants. This past winter they had plowers who worked hard in making sure cars were able to get out of their parking spot. I would give this property a 11/10. I am very happy and enjoy living here."

"Yeah for $1500 a month they should be out there cleaning the snow I shouldn’t have to be out there shoveling my way out for being 62 years old. What about the rest of the elderly here call the office and she said they can’t keep up with it. That’s why you go out there every hour talk about they already did it twice. They do nothing twice. I heard them out there at 7 o’clock this morning. I have not touched the sidewalk since. I would not recommend this place to no one. It’s just not that it’s a lot of things wanted to share. Keep that in mind when you come look at this dump. hey, Sure no luxury apartment ect"

"Kim is amazing and responsive. She has done right by me in every way. While the housing market as a whole is expensive, Kim and her team have made it worth every penny. This is a beautiful community, my service requests get answered, I have little to no problems with my neighbors, it has been a long time since I have lived somewhere that I didn't worry about my fiancé walking around outside. Sean the security officer is great, I only had to talk to him about one issue, and haven't had to deal with it since. This is the first time in a long time I didn't have to look at my lease and look at the date so I could count down the days. While I as a habit keep my front door locked, this is the first place I would feel safe leaving it unlocked, like the town I grew up in."

"We moved here in June and literally could not be happier! The folks in the office are friendly and responsive. The maintenance people are professional and efficient, and, even though our particular complex has been short staffed when it comes to maintenance employees, they have a team of Crocker Park people to call in, so they have never missed a beat when it comes to maintenance. The community is quiet and everyone is very friendly (but not annoyingly so). People pick up after their pets, which is a HUGE plus! The pool area was gorgeous all summer, and they usually have an attendant, so it never gets rowdy or over crowded. I feel like I am living so far from Cleveland in terms of how peaceful the setting is (with a tranquil pond and sidewalks and landscaping everywhere), but we have all the perks of living super close to shopping centers, the library, multiple playgrounds, and downtown. Even the layout of the units is super amazing compared to the many other complexes I have resided in. I cannot say enough great things about this place and hope to stay for a very long time!"

"It is such a pleasure to live in a apartment where I don’t have to worry about shoveling snow cutting grass, and when it comes to maintenance in your apartment, they are top notch. And the ladies in the office are all sweethearts when it comes to taking your calls and answering questions that help you. And the party’s that they have for appreciation for choosing to live here are Fabulous. And I feel very safe here. They take care of business when needed in your well-being and safety."
