Mayberry Ranch Apartments

"It’s not the best just basic apartment it is what you make out of it. I enjoyed my 5 year stay at Mayberry ranch. Not everything was perfect but no major complains. . quite low key area. I got half of my deposit back."

"Lived in the apartments for a few years. Maintenance was never in time. Always had to chase them around to get something fixed. Apartments are falling apart. But the biggest concern is when I was moving out, after 4 years of leasing and never complaining, I was charged for the smallest things that are usual for normal use totalling at $800. Absurd charge. Look somewhere else to live"

"Be Warned! The owner of Mayberry Ranch apartments has shady business practices and will try stealing your deposit anyway possible. Also the management is horrible. They will come into your apartment unannounced. They are difficult to communicate with and VERY unorganized, they called and asked about when our lease was ending because they had no clue, that's just one small example. The apartments themselves are very OLD, uncomfortable, and it seems nothing ever gets updated. Rodents and other invasive creatures will be the tenants responsibility with no help from the terrible management. All the washer and dryers are over priced and are so old they do the opposite of what they are supposed to do. So now you're warned. Please DO NOT waste your time and money here. I don't want what happened to us to be repeated. Save yourself from the stress and hassle that these poorly ran apartments will cause."

"This has been the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in . Kevin (the manager) is a disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person and I can't understand how he has been there so long. He walks into your apartment whenever he wants just because he has a key. I have seen him try to hit one of the roofers that were in the parking lot fixing to fix things. I would absolutely never recommend someone living here. Multiple neighbors are currently moving out BECAUSE OF KEVIN! Save yourself time and money and look somewhere else. We have been nothing but respectful and he is constantly disrespectful. Terrible terrible apartments ."
