"I just sat down with the food I ordered. The vegetable ingredient looks like at least 3 days old, some parts of it was unedible so I had to pick it out. The noodles are pre-cooked and soggy and breaks apart when you touch it. The worst is the front desk person. HE was not happy to be working there. He even missed the sauce/dressing that comes with the order, and gave no apologies when asked about it. I recommend you to stay away from this place."
"I got the Ban Mi sandwich. The Chicken itself was very well seasoned and cooked, and then bread was nice, but unfortunately the star of the show, the veggies, were lacking. It felt as though they hadn't been pickled enough, they offered good texture but the flavor was pretty flat. If I paid $8 I'd be pretty happy with that, at $16 though I'm expecting a little more"
"I placed a mobile order for the vegan taro spring rolls. It said it'd be 30 minutes. I thought it's just one order of spring rolls, surely it won't take the full 30 min. I got there maybe 15/20 min later. No one was at the register. I waited to even be acknowledged from the guy who was in the kitchen. He informed me he was making my order now. By the way, there was no other customers present. They didn't seem to be too busy as he was the only one in the kitchen. Another employee was digging around in the cooler. A few min later, another one was coming back in from the dining area. I stepped aside to wait for my order. They both proceeded to ask if I needed help. There's no communication between the employees at all. Finally, my spring rolls were done. Why did the employee put the plastic sauce container inside the small paper bag on top of the hot spring rolls is beyond me. The spring rolls just came out of the fryer and the container is plastic and he probably touched the sauce container with his barely hand. As if my experience wasn't bad enough so far, the spring rolls were burned. I didn't taste any taro. Overall, not a good experience, from the food to the customer service. Absolutely will not return."
"This was our first time at this location. The prices are the same as the Gordon Square location, but the quality is subpar. The size of the shrimp for the red curry noodle soup were 61/70 count. There were five of these baby shrimp for the red curry noodle soup. They used to be much larger. So, if you're looking at the pictures and you see the shrimp fried rice, no comparison see attached photo. The burger was a disappointment. It was a single patty and had no flavor. The pork spring rolls were overcooked. There was no one in line behind us. Nice people, but we would not go back here again nor recommend."
"Wow! Just spending Thanksgiving weekend in town and was suggested to try this place. So many things on the menu it was hard to decide! Got the Red Curry, Togarashi Tots, garlic Parm wings, and pork egg rolls. All were amazing! The Red Curry was just right not too spicy or salty. The egg rolls were very crunchy and savory and the Togarashi Tots - wow what a surprising flavor. The food hall setting is also really cool, reminds me of the Urbanspace ones in NYC. Will definitely try more things off the menu like Vietnamese Noodle salad or Pho next time!"
