"Mmmm they look great on the outside but some of the units need an upgrade badly. 4 years ago it was impossible about to get anyone on the phone to help with issues but has gotten better from what I heard. Def not the best but far from the worst."

"Walden apartments is a wonderful place to live. The manager Brad is amazing. Any issue I have ever had, he has personally seen to it that it is taken care and follows up afterwards. A few years back when they raised my rent, I wrote a letter asking why and a few concerns I had. Everything and I mean everything I had mentioned they fixed including adding a new dumpster right outside my door and cleaning my gutters. They installed video cameras to help us feel safe. I am very passionate about gardening and they allow you to plant whatever you want as long as it's not in front of the electrical box. They take care of all the mowing. Any problem I needed fixed is always done within 24 hours. Cats and small dogs are welcomed. I have lived here for almost 3 years now. Brad and all of the Walden crew have been very kind and understanding. Brad is a great manager who actually cares, that's hard to find. The apartments are very nice. I love the tall ceilings! Anyone would be very happy here."

"HORRIBLE place to live! These people are so money hungry it isn't funny! They want your money and to charge you an extra 40 bucks a month for a washer and dryer when tenants dont even pay for water! They will refuse to come and fix anything. If something breaks here. You will have to fix it yourself or just deal with it. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. And If u decide to stay there more than a year they will increase your rent by 15 or 20 bucks a year. Worst place to live in Wellington hands down! The owners drive Cadillacs but cant fix your apartment that your renting. All of them people are a joke of business owners! Dont give them your money!"

"Just FYI...there is a washer and dryer hook up yes, but they charge you an additional 40 a month which they don't say on the website. I haven't had an electric bill under 150 dollars and that's with turning my heat off at night when I can bear it. Ive seen large dogs here, this is not the place for a large dog. There's not enough space. Obviously they don't enforce a weight limit. There's no change machine at the laundry facility. It's overall pretty quiet but if there were more options of places to rent in Wellington, I'd move."
