"What a beautiful place to live"
"Just moved in July of 2021. The apartment is real nice. A/C didn't work. They were there on day 2 replacing it with a brand new one. Dishwasher also leaked and was fixed promptly. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. Maintenence guys are top notch and friendly. Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Plan on staying long term. Thank you so much W.T. and also Monarch. I had the pleasure of working with both companies and the customer service was above and beyond great from both."
