"I've been living in this apartment for several years now. Something that recently happened really made me angry and I even consider taking legal action and have photo proof. Almost half of the parking spaces, all close to the apartment entrance, were designated as retail parking, which we had not heard about from the office until new "retail parking only" signs were set up for construction. When I parked my car twice in that "retail parking only" area in the EVENING, I've got warning/towing stickers. So you're asking if a retail store needs a lot of parking spaces- we have A FEW stores in the building. If you go to the parking lot early in the morning, you'll find resident cars tightly packed in the narrow (non-retail) space, while the retail-designated parking spots are empty. I am prepared to take legal action if my car would get towed for parking in my own apartment parking lot. Also, there isn't even a specific time limit set. Does that mean we can't park there for 24 hours? Again, what's really frustrating is that we didn't receive any notice from the leasing office until they put up the parking signs! The management office is awful and is really difficulty to contact. Other than parking, the facility is quite new and the cleaning staff do a great work."
"DON'T DO IT! RISK! I had an appt on Friday, June 24th, to view an apt, which has been listed on many of the rental websites for some time, and still is. James, who showed me the apt and building, had forgotten about my viewing and was late. A housekeeper helped me by calling him. Not a big deal. The building is newer but i spotted water damage and leaks on two different floors. Still, I was interested after the tour and told James I could pay the full year lease up front. James told me I had first pick out of two units. I went down the street to the office for the app, and was met by a woman trying to shoo me away, until I told her why i was there, then her voice raised an octave and she was calling me Mr. First Name etc. She was rude. I completed the very simple app (i would not be seeking income assistance), and drove to udf for the money order app fee of $15. James said he would call the following Tuesday. It is now July 5th. I haven't heard from or spoken w anyone from the office, though i have called several times and left vms. I have called Community Builders, and their parent company, at their regional offices. All of these calls and vms have been unanswered. I'm out $15. I feel scammed, perhaps even discriminated against. If anyone at the Pointes or any umbrella company (disguising itself as community forward) wants to comment on this google review, don't ask for my number, I've left it for you all over the place."
"Went to the clinic first time took my son but everyone was so very nice and friendly very nice place for medical care clean atmosphere"
"The apartments are really great and new, and the staff is also nice. However, the maintenance system could be improved. It is hard to get in contact with people to fix things, and you have to wait a long time. They also predicted that the businesses on the ground floor would be open, but only 1 or 2 have opened in the year the apartments have been here. Overall, the price is good, but I wouldn't want to continue to live here if none of the businesses open and the people in the main office don't help. I don't think it is worth paying for if you don't get the services you were promised."
"Everything is new, staff is nice. Only thing is, the walls are kinda thin and you can hear the people above you sometimes. But everyone here is so chill! They should add room measurements to the website as well for reference."
