"This place is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs do not recommend staying here at all."
"It can be a bit loud but the people there are very nice and friendly."
"State run apartments for low income. Neighbors have roaches and bed bugs. Off Kentabo Road, Erlanger, KY. Tenants should put garbage inside dumpsters instead of throwing on the ground. Outside of apartments needs TLC."
"The manager is never available. Never answers the phone. Always keeps the office locked and refuses to answer the door. Maintenance issues are never fixed. Corporate refuses to do anything. The regional manager never answers his phone. The "refurbish" they did used the most cheap and crappily made products that constantly break and the maintenace man always replies with " It's on order". You want to improve this rating? "My wife and I rented one of these town homes a few years ago. It was our first place together. We loved the layout, there was plenty of space, they had just updated all of the appliances and it was right off the expressway. It seemed like the perfect first home for us. A couple months after moving in however we started having problems with our neighbors. Come to find out a couple years later at the time they were section 8 housing, something of which was not mentioned to us when we moved in. We were smack dab in the middle of 4 Somalian families. They would have people from out of town/out of the country come and "stay" for "extended visits" which always made parking a nightmare. I mean really we would have to park 5 or 6 house down from where we lived most of the time. They would smoke inside their houses and til this day I still can't figure out how it leaked into our house. There was also a time where one of the pipes busted in our downstairs bathroom and it began to leak out into the living room. Maintenance sawed out a big chunk of the wall in the bathroom and then left it there. We ended up having to pay someone to come out and clean the carpet. Eventually we decided that when our lease was up we were out. When it came to us moving out we wanted to make sure we got our security deposit back, at the time I think it was like $300. We always kept the place clean and tidy so there really wasn't much for us to do but, we made sure we scrubbed that place clean before we left. We tried to contact them after we moved out about the deposit, 5 years later still no word. To make matters worse, when we were living there we had a cheap little $30 firepit on the back patio. When we moved all of the inside stuff out and came back to get the last couple things someone stole our firepit.....it still had burnt pieces of wood in it. When I pulled up to the house our next door neighbors had their POS car sideways across 3 parking spaces. They had jacked up the front of the car, took the wheels off, laid them down flat and then sat the car back down on top of the wheels. When I walked up to the front door I looked over and saw the engine sitting in the bushes...I really wish I still had the pictures."
