"The Assistant Manager was courteous, friendly and helpful when exploring the property. The experience was pleasant. The property and available apartment showing was in excellent condition. The Saddlebrook Apartments is an excellent property to consider for next home experience."
"Run. Do not rent here!! ANDREA is a condescending and just rude. We moved in May 2021, they only do a lease for the first year. So our rent went up substantially after having no choice but to stay there because of inflation and the economy. I get that you guys want to uphold certain standards about cars, my husband's car was towed a couple times. One day they towed over 20 cars. I read you wanted to in force this because of feedback from residents but that was 40 years ago. Times change. You think people are worried about their vehicles when they can barely afford rent and food? Broken garage door that was never fixed when we had to have one because of a dent?! Also water is billed separately, the bills went from $50 to $90 to $120 in three months with no explanation. My husband and I both questioned what was going on to only be blown off. Also a hole in the ceiling of our shower that was just never fixed. Not worth the money, don't be fooled."
"Moving into Saddlebrook has been great! Makenzie has been a major help throughout the entire process, and my fiancée and I are loving our new place so far. The property is clean, the apartment is spacious, and we're happy to be here. Highly recommend to people looking for a good apartment in Greater Cincinnati!"
"our updated 2bd was nice, really not much wrong with it except for the front door not latching and the wood around it was cracked. we transferred into an updated 3bd and when we moved into it we realized the place had not been cleaned. there were nasty yellow stains all over EVERYTHING. it looked like pee or smoke stains. THERES ALSO MOUSE POOP EVERYWHERE. we also didn’t get the black countertops included in the upgrade. our dishwasher racks are covered in rust, our pantry is covered in grime and clumps of hair. in all of the rooms with the brown flooring, the flooring is coming up around the edges and covered in paint, all of the mirrors are damaged, and the floorboards are damaged. obviously the floor and mirror issues aren’t going to affect our living but you’d think for paying almost $2,000 a month whoever runs these apartments would put some quality in the small things. we brought up these issues and just got sassed about it. also in both apartments we had neighbors who would blast music so loud it shakes our floor anytime we made a single noise. it just seems like no one really puts any care into anything here and we are definitely paying way too much for an “upgraded” unit that’s poorly put together."
"Not great, I put down my down-payment for my apartment months prior to moving in and one week before move in I got a call saying my apartment would not be ready for another month. They then called me back and said they would let me rent a different apartment for the same price. Unfortunately this different apartment was a second floor instead of the third floor apartment I was originally wanting. Every night I could hear my neighbors walking around upstairs and hear their bed creek. I asked to move into another apartment if they had one and they never got back to me about it. (No they did not contact me once afterward) The apartment I moved into was very outdated compared to what I was shown. There was no microwave. I had to request service on my ac 4 or 5 times in one summer. Your rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month but doesn't get pulled out of your account until the 6th or 7th even if you pay on the 1st. If you don't have the money in your account at all during that 7 days of pending they charge you nearly 200 dollars in late fees. The area is way too busy and the apartment is overpriced for what I got in my opinion. I moved out after a year but they were planning on raising my rent and I know they raised my neighbors as well. My neighbor also ended up in a different apartment than what she was promised. I can't honestly recommend this place based on my experience, but it is possible other people were luckier than I was and had a good one. The complex was nice to walk through with my dog. I did like how much space I had in the apartment so I will give it that."
