Unfair enforcement of rules is evident, with preferential treatment given to those who comply unquestioningly. Privacy concerns are raised as the manager allows intrusive actions like photographing children and monitoring residents during routine activities. The environment is marred by the presence of homeless individuals and substance abusers, contributing to a substandard living experience. The decision to relocate to a pricier alternative was made primarily to escape the unpleasant conduct of the female property manager and improve overall living conditions."

"The homes are beautiful. But the parking is very very very bad. After the rent office close " guests " fill up the lot ...If you not home by 4 pm everyday you will not have a parking spot ""for people with 2 cars" but one car you a be ok"
