"If I can get this place a negative I would. Don’t get me wrong it nice to live there but if you own a gun n you live there you can’t defend yourself n even if you do you’ll be terminated immediately. They don’t care if you have a gun but you can’t used it if you’re being robbed or gun pointed. My man n I n our neighbor had a problem with someone n next thing we had a gun pointed at us and I did the same to defend everyone there. There’s more to it but I’m not gonna get into it. There this girl that work in the office that look like she’s always on one. I guess they be hiring crackheads to work there.. I think her name is Danielle her eyes are always wide n she barely blink n when she does it’s weird…"

"I moved into Village of Cross Creek almost 8 years ago and have lived there (in multiple units) since. This year I move out because I need to be closer to work and I must say, I am only moving out because I need to be closer to work. Amanda and Danielle have been amazing, the maintenance guys have been super friendly and accommodating. I've never had an issue go unresolved, I've never felt unsafe in the community. Amanda and Danielle have always been friendly and cheerful and understanding of any problem I might have. I genuinely am going to miss this complex and I am so grateful for everything they've done. Pricing might be a bit high (though I've found it's pretty comparable to most complexes at the moment), but in my opinion - these apartments are worth it. They might not be the newest, might not be the flashiest, but they're comfortable and the service is some of the best. Thank you so much, Amanda and Danielle, for all of the support and cheerfulness that you've provided. I'll continue to recommend Cross Creek for anyone who might be looking."

"The rating I am giving them is completely based on the kindness and care that is exemplified by the office staff. They are always looking out for the children the most. Whether it’s with snacks always available, at the rental office, or small parties, or little gifts for their first day back to school, they’ve shown real care for their people. Seeing them at work has shown me that they do want the best for their residents, and if they haven’t gotten a problem solved, it’s not by a lack of attention or care. Usually they are swamped in answering questions from all directions."
