And we needed the sidewalk repaired. And they repaired it for me with no problems. And the maintenance guys are very nice and get things done fast. And we have awesome neighbors."

"Easy 5 stars. I moved in here back in September, and I must say I love living here and have no desire to move out anytime soon. It's all thanks to Jenn and her team. Jenn is by far, the most knowledgeable and understanding property manager I have ever worked with. Her and her team are so professional, and kind hearted, and are more than willing to work with you on the things they can, and shoot you straight on what they can't help you with. You can't ask for better customer service than what they provide. Maintenance is top of the line and is on top of everything, I love it here."

"Need an apartment? Awesome! Get sold off the bat as everywhere was filled due to summer business (worked in leasing, so we all know how this goes) and they said they have an opening and get told you can move in within a month after giving your deposit to them? Even better! Have a place to live since I got a promotion for a position requiring presence ASAP and had to relocate 3.5 hours away from my home. But it's the middle of the month and absolutely NO ONE has returned my calls of knowing the exact date so I can get the movers situated and stop living in a hotel. Nor any replies to my e-mails. Nothing. I walked in only to find that they knew exactly who I was only to be told I cannot move in until THE END OF OCTOBER after being told this month. Now, I do not have a place to live and still have to wait since so many places do not have openings until next month. Unacceptable. Potential residents, take your money elsewhere. This place is greedy, unprofessional, and clearly needs to get their stuff together."
