"I didn't want to put the one star but I had too....This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen in my entire life...they treat the good ppl bad and then it's always the good people that get threw out or get screwed in the end some how! I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone to live esp with kids especially after the way my kids was treated and talked to by the management erika keaton. My kids were bullied by other kids (kids that didn't even live there) to the point my boy got hurt and put in the hospital and management did nothing..management even would accuse my kids of doing stuff that was the impossible like knock one of the poles down...my boys were like 9 at the time...my daughter was called so many names from adults as well..like the management erika keaton...oh and erika keaton..the management at Pinehurst apts does not respect her elders..she's got 0 respect and that's just a damn shame...there is also a thing called confidentiality to the tenants living there right? Management erika keaton does not know anything about confidentially because she tells everyone's personal business. I'm just one of the few ppl that has the guts to say anything bc I'm not afraid of erika and I want ppl to know that she is not a good person...not even a little bit! There is family members of Erikas living there and until the management is replaced and the family members are gone this place will continue to be just a joke."

"Pinehurst has gone thru a huge change with more to come. In the year and a half I have been there , the place has cleaned up tremendously. Future is bright for Pinehurst."
