"The staff at the Verge staff was so amazing during a very stressful move for me! I called SO many times to ask questions, and they were never anything but kind and helpful. Lucy specifically was so friendly and eager to help. The apartment itself is very upscale and feels much safer than my last apartment. I'd definitely recommend living here!"

"The verge is an extremely nice apartment. It is very spacious and the amenities are all very nice. The gym, lobby, and patio are also very nice places to relax. However, it is very loud on the streets sometime and the windows do not block the noise well. The walls are also very thin and you can hear conversations between the different rooms within a unit. It is nice that the verge has a parking garage."

"I’ve been here a few years and each year is better than the last. The staff is great and the building is gorgeous! The building itself has its problems, we have had a decent amount of water damage and electrical issues but the current maintenance team is very helpful! The parking is underground, making it the securest parking near campus (which is needed considering the amount of break-ins and theft that happens in the open-air garages) Its a great place to live if you can afford it!"

"I lived at The Verge this previous year and I have had a great experience. To start the place is beautiful and clean. Every day I started my morning talking to the kindest cleaning crew and he always made my day better. Second off the head maintenance guy is awesome. He always came so quickly and did his best to help us with any issue. The bedrooms speak for theirselves, very spacious and accommodating. Safety wise this building is awesome, especially being in Cincinnati near campus, I always felt safe. The management was kind and friendly and I always could talk to them about anything."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! OVERPRICED FOR TERRIBLE QUALITY. With rent practically being the same price as a mortgage, you would think that the verge would make sure everything works and is properly functioning. Wrong. They simply do not care!! Their “help” phone number is just third party workers who can barely do anything. College students are practically the only ones here running things and they do fine when they are working. God forbid something happens on a weekend, you’re out of luck. Locked out of your room? Expect to wait for at least 5 hours. Issue with Maintenance? Good luck. That will take at least a month because it’s just two people for the whole building. Fire alarm goes off way too often. They say the garage is full. Maybe it is but I doubt it because it’s always empty. Matter of fact the garage door has been broken this whole year. Don’t get me started about how they deal with peoples packages. The package room is a joke. Amazon employees and Post office workers leave the packages on the lobby floor. Everything about this apartment complex screams money grab. Clearly Marketed for students with rich parents. Poorly ran."
