"I lived here for a year and while it had some of the issues you'd expect from an older building it was overall a good experience. My windows were a little drafty and noise traveled easily but that's to be expected from a building like this. Maintenance was quick to respond to requests. For the price and location it's pretty good. The basement floor is admittedly sketchy so I wouldn't get a unit there."
