"Stupid manager blamed my wife and I for bringing in bedbugs (a ton). However, the exterminators said they weren't nesting in our unit. They were coming through the ventilation from upstairs. We moved in mid-2016, never to see one again. Mary, you can eat it! She's a liar and your building DOES have bedbugs like we told you."

"We have lived here for over 4 years, and both Mary, Cameo, and Louise have been great to work with. Calls for maintenance have been answered in a timely manner, and questions have always been answered in a positive manner. We enjoy living in The Reserve at The Farm at Taylor Mill, because it is so convenient to stores, gas stations, restaurants and shopping malls, and to I 275."

"Overall this apartment is very nice! I am not sure why there are a lot of negative reviews. If you are expecting a luxury apartment experience, this probably isn’t the place for you. However, these are very nice, clean, and spacious apartments, and at a very reasonable price when comparing to other complexes in the greater Cincinnati area. When I moved in the carpets were still damp from the professional carpet cleaning and all of the appliances were clean. Maintenance responds usually within a day or two and are always friendly. A lot of the people in the complex have children, so it is a very welcoming family friendly environment. The amenities are nice, especially the fact that there are two pools which helps if they need to take one down for maintenance. Everyone I have met that lives in the complex are very friendly. Overall I have had a great experience living at the farm."

"Wanted to put in a review earlier I think I did on apartments.com but I just have to say… these are beautiful apartments! Me and my husband live in a 2 bedroom standard and it’s absolutely beautiful and the price is great for being so big and having a washer and dryer in unit! Mary and Cameo are the sweetest landlords I have ever met! Every time I talk to them they are pleasant and help you with everything that you need. Thank you to Mary and Cameo and all the staff for making this a great home! Literally wouldn’t have it any other way way best apartments I’ve lived in by far :)"
