And honestly, from before we moved here in Sep 2020 until now, Jennifer and Troy have been simply amazing! Jennifer has always gone above and beyond to make our Villages of Independence a great place to live and she has always come up with fun ideas to bring everyone together. She is always so helpful and welcoming and very sincere. And Troy is the same and has always been so quick and responsive and friendly whenever we need anything fixed around here. They have both made it a very special place to live!"

"I have lived here since May 2019. I wanted to live here for a good year before I move in. There was something about the look of these homes inside and out That I just loved. April 2019 Jennifer was the one that gave me a home tour. And I knew from that moment I had to move here. It was the best decision. I made my husband and I and our twin boys love living here. It's safe, so nice Jennifer is amazing Troy The maintenance man is amazing too. If you have a problem. He's always there to fix it. I have 0 to complain about. I love this place from the moment I moved in. I've made tons of memories here. And I am still grateful to still call this place. My home great neighborhood. I love the village of independence. "I love living in the Villages. The homes are comfortable and well designed. The zero clearance makes it so easy to navigate entry and exit. The neighbors are great too! Jennifer helped make my move from Colorado to Kentucky as painless as it could be, and helped my (local) daughter with viewing units. She and Troy are the most helpful and friendly people I’ve ever worked with on a rental. And that’s saying a lot because my Colorado landlord was fantastic. Highly recommend the villages!"

"We sold our home-no longer wanted to own-moved here almost 2 years ago. It has been wonderful experience. Jennifer was our manager-very personable & availability was spot on. She is managing Florence location now. We certainly miss her. Troy (maintenance) is excellent in his skills & availability also. We have a new manager now (Stacey) & just getting to know her but she has been with the company for a long time. The patio homes give us a homey feeling, excellent neighbors and a very safe neighbor. I would recommend Villages to anyone!!"
