"I've visited Page Towers several times in the last 3-4 years and for the most part, I agree with the reviews here. I think it's a decent "looking" building; although, the carpet is filthy & retro. If it was replaced with dark grey or brown it would make the building look cleaner and up to date. The residents are friendly (unlike the office staff) . As far as demographics, it's pretty diverse. Some residents are ready to move due to roaches, bedbugs, theft of indoor deliveries (despite security cameras) and other reasons mentioned in the reviews. If you ask for anything more than twice (i.e. extermination, view the theft of your delivery on camera, rent review due to overcharge, etc.) they'll threaten to not renew your lease. So, folks just take care of things themselves. Residents don't want to bother the folks in the office nor at Neilson & Asso. Scandalous & unethical office practices!"

"Very awful property, management and the lady at the front desk have no people skills!!! They have move anyone into the building. The building is dirty inside and outside, people with jobs are targeted and force to pay alot of rent. Soon enough this building will be on the news for the trash!!!"

"Awful management at this complex. They raise rent without giving much notice. They target tenants who have jobs and have pensions. Bugs everywhere along with mice traps. Illegal stuff going on here , I'd recommend staying away."
