"Bad photo here, But we have lived here for 11 yrs. Great spacious apts. We have 3 bedroom, 2 bath town home with full basement and garage. Quiet neighborhood, well kept property. Has a bit of bad reviews from past neglects like repairs, bad neighbors, etc. on line. Started with rough landlord but better now with new management. Rent is fair, but a bit high as it is everywhere right now. Wish u the best in finding a home."

"Needs upkeep care to outside, needs downspouts replacement, pavement work. Overall, I think they're nice apartments, little pricey."

"Seeing that the landlord doesn't approve of illegal drug activity, and has very specific pet regulations ... RE: BLDG 212 Harlan St. Apt #3. The renter(s) & current residents is under investigation by APS (adult protected service), & FBI for online fraud, & Animal services for neglecting their dog(s)! One, a Yorkie, has been confined to the basement for several years! They are also having drug dealers delivering to them on a daily basis. Ever notice that darkish silver Dodge Charger there once every 2 weeks? These people have a history of check fraud, impersonating at least 1/2 a dozen people!"

"I live just up the road from these apartments, and it's full of nothing but drug users and junkies. The police are always there. You can walk back there and get anything from weed and pain pills to heroin. It's a junkie's paradise."
