The owner genuinely cares about his tenants and quickly responded to any repairs when needed. Recently all the windows were replaced and patios enhanced. I would highly recommend these apartments."

"Williamsburg Square Apartments is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are spacious, clean and updated with beautiful hardwood floors. The landlord and his team keep the areas outside of the apartments very clean and beautifully refreshed-in winter, making sure the parking lot is always clear of snow and in summer, making sure the gardens are well groomed and hallways are vacuumed and clear of debris. In the years I spent here, the landlord was always fast to respond to any concerns and/or repairs I needed. The neighbors are quiet, extremely friendly, and trustworthy. It’s truly a wonderful place to live and I would recommend it 100 times over any other apartment complex in the area. If you’re looking for a place to live, check these apartments out-you will enjoy and cherish every memory you make there."

"Great Place to live! Friendly neighbors, quiet & safe neighborhood. The apartments are nice and well taken care of inside and out. Management is Great and always fixes any issues you may have in a timely manner. He even makes sure the parking lots are plowed in the winter when it snows! Not a lot of landlords do that, in my experience. We lived there for about 5 years and never had any kind of issues. The price is also very fair for the nice apartment and area you get to live in."

Apartments are very clean and the landlord is extremely nice, he is great with getting back with you in a reasonable amount of time. They are great at keeping the parking lot clean when it snows and they even had someone shovel our walkway which was amazing. Loved our apartment."
