Oakwood Apartments

"I lived here for 2 years now and me and my lil dog are being harassed by almost everyone in our building we are scared to live here and we are miserable here but my lease is up in August and I will not sign again. I came here because I grew up here and now just because my lil dog barks we are going through hell but my dog does not bark all the time I have talked to everyone in the office and cry and to the police and no one will help us. Every apartment here has bugs and they just need to be torn down and rebuild not to mention we are invested with stray cats. My dog doesn't deserve what we are going through"

"I've only lived here for about a month. Had a few minor issues at first, but the staff made sure the issues were fixed in a timely manner. They're very helpful, and for the most part, it's nice a d quiet back in this spot."

"Raises your rent every year. $75 annually for 911 even if you don't use it. Tries to charge you rental insurance even if you have your own. Slow to make repairs.If you work at Amazon they will take your $$ happily"

"Greatful to call this place home. Applying was easy the day of lease signing was simple and easy. Brenda does a great job. Rent money isnt wasted i see projects going on all the time. Quiet place at a fair and cheap price. I work night shift 12 hours i have not once been woke up from my neighbors during the day. Great community to live in. If anyone is looking for a place to call home Oakwood is a 10 plus star."

"Just renewed my 5yr lease. Love the area. Great walks with my dog around the neighborhood and decent amount of grass area around the complex to hang around with pets. Could use a few updates like deck or tile in walkway or kitchen since rent has gone up quite a bit but overall maintenance is always nice and polite to help with any issues. Don’t know his name but long curly haired maintenance man is very respectful when knocking before coming in and telling me what was going on with air conditioning unit. I’ve never had any bug problems and neighbors usually keep to themselves. We had a problem with people sleeping in the laundry room and office took care of the problem right away making sure everyone was safe. Peaceful place to call home for a decent price."
