"I live there when it was Chapelwood, right before they started renovations and renamed it. It was so roach infested, I cannot imagine that they got rid of all those roaches in those buildings just by renovating the inside of the apartments. They had to be living in the walls. There were so many! And now I hear they’re charging $1500 a month rent? When I only paid $890 two years ago?? That’s insane."

"Me and my boyfriend are moving in very soon and we were stressed about how to process was going to be but Crystal has been nothing but a saint with helping us figure out what we need to do and she is always there to answer any questions we have. To say the less we are very excited to move in with such a great apartment complex."

"Gentrification in full throttle. Forcing people out by raising rent for the same apartment we have had with the exception of small changes ((new windows and blinds (still don't have living room blinds although all others were installed in january)) I'm sure the new units will be nicer once they gut them all and they'll actually be worth the price ! The people who own the property do not care about the tenants to say the least . And that is from my own experience . But I can't wait for the response that we all know is just a nice way of giving the current tenants (who give less than five stars of course) the middle finger in a professional manner ! These are not people who care , they are just a greed fueled company that saw an opportunity ."

"New company doing fabulous job remodeling. New Roofs, windows, patio doors, hallways, and from what I hear a lot more to come. Newly remodeled units look very modern and love that washer/dryer going in units. Newly remodeled units at cost they are going for are same as most apartments in Loveland. Definitely hope when lease up that given opportunity to stay!"

"Seven reviews by employees and friends are disheartening. No one has rented here yet! EDIT: Now there are nine fake reviews and people pretending they live here. Seems like for every low rating they have someone put in a glowing review. Such dishonesty. How will you treat tenants? This is unethical."
