"I was lucky enough to move in here about 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier! There is no place else more perfect for me. It's all single story, zero steps, perfect for someone disabled like myself. It has literally everything I need. Every door here is 3 feet wide which is important if you ever need to be in a wheelchair. I also have my own parking space which is just steps right outside my front door. We have a front and back door which I feel makes it so much more homey. We all have our own designated patio space in both the front and back. Lots of my neighbors have cute decorations and tables and chairs on them. You're also welcome to have your grill out back. A lot of people have beautiful flower beds and veggies next to their patios which is something I want to also do somehow, maybe next year. The neighbors are all so very nice. I feel like people look out for each other here which is wonderful, especially since we're an older population. We've got water and sewer included which is awesome. Garbage is also included... and they literally pick up your can right by your front door! And another huge money saver... Spectrum wifi is free here! Oh and the rent prices are fabulous as compared to everywhere else right now, something I'm beyond grateful for, living on SS disability. A huge plus for me is that you can have 2 pets (with an extra fee which is quite affordable as compared to other places). I couldn't live without pets. We also have space in the kitchen that if you buy a dishwasher, you can have it here! And there's a full size washer and dryer hookup. I feel like the space is used extremely well here. The bedroom and bathroom are huge. We are in walking distance of a gas station and an amazing store which sells a lot of yummy Amish food. Mt Orab is only a 5 minute drive. Clermont Mercy is only a 10 minute drive. Eastgate is 20 minutes. It's sooooo quiet here. I'm hoping they like me as much as I love living here because I plan to live here forever!!!"

"We loved living here for four years and only moved because we are on a limited income and had to go to government assistance. The manager Jerry and his wife were always so nice and if anything needed fixed it was done in a timely manner. Friendly neighbors and a quiet place to live. Our daughter is 53 and in 2 years she is going to try to rent here because she loved it also."

"I lived in the old section that was built earlier. The apartment was very, very drafty. There's not much storage space, I only had one closet and a utility room that was mostly taken up by the washer and dryer, furnace and hot water heater. But I did like having my own washer and dryer. The community is a very friendly atmosphere. When I left I left the apartment very clean and undamaged and cleaned the carpet as stated in lease and got my security deposit and my pet deposit back."
