"As an old retired railroader that was familiar with that yard, I remember all the noise coming out from those apartments and then one day it stopped. The constant talking and the buildings creaking in the wind was louder than our trains ever slamming together at three in the morning. Maybe build more structurally sound buildings so you can have some noise isolation for us out here at three in morning. PsYou guys need to leave your blinds open at night more often."

"Location is great and the office staff was friendly (especially Paul) but the management of the property was a consistent issue. We lived at Heritage at Oakley Square for over a year and a good portion of the gym equipment was broken the entire time we lived there, maintenance was very slow, and when we referred a friend to live there and they moved in we never got the referral bonus we were told we would receive."

"I've lived at Heritage in Oakley for a little over a year now I have to say I am enjoying it! The office staff is very friendly and has always been nice to me which is very welcome coming from out of area. I see them constantly running around on showings and the maintenance team bouncing between two properties. I try to have an objective opinion just based on my experience as I know reviews usually come from frustrations but I've had a good experience so far. They are very up front when it comes to where you park and even package retrieval. I know customer service is hard but they are doing it right !"

"About to go on my second year living here at the Heritage. So far it has been an over all great experience. The location is super convenient living right by Kroger, multiple gyms and handful of fun places to go out to such as Madtree. My roommates and I really love the rent rate compared to similar complexes in the area. An added bonus is there are individual garages available here which let me store my car and motorcycle, which was a huge factor for my decision to live here. Lastly, the office staff has been very helpful and kind any time we’ve had an issue or just need to retrieve a package from the office."
