"Apart from having your own needs met like budget, area, and amenities...the experience delivered by the caretakers here match a quality of living that makes it enjoyable to be a renter/tenant with them! For me I could tell that the property was well managed from my first trip. Through the process with the leasing agent of showings and applying every aspect of what they do for you was so well explained and not only that but you could see it. The people invested in managing the property here really put it in a place to be at ease in and as I’ve experienced as a renter there is a great challenge living amongst people you don’t necessarily know, but what the staff here has done was present a place of living that we all can adapt and be at peace with. "Racial discrimination When a black tenant complain, they do nothing about. But if a white person complains they take actions. Don’t even try to move in . It sucks."
