"Place has roaches and bed bugs, I visited there a couple times. I was wondering why it was late at night and I saw a person vacuuming window seal crazy. Went upstairs and I found out I was attacked by bed bugs. I also saw roaches in the unit. You need to treat all of your buildings gross."

The "maintenance" personnel seem completely incompetent and don't fix the issues that have been brought to light to the landlord. Landlord nearly impossible to contact for emergencies or for any reason. Property plagued by mice and other vermin. People smoking in the buildings in the hallways. Drug afflicted persons roaming around, knocking on doors at 2 in the morning."
