"I live next door to one of their properties. For 7 years we have had problems with nasty garbage cans full of maggots, a huge mulberry tree that took over our yard and went thru our fence. Our yard is not usable during June and July. We have been told for 2 summers it was being cut down. Our yard is currently covered in berries, flies and mosquito because of their poorly managed property. We communicate the issues often and they are rarely dealt with and when they are its only temporary. We were told a few weeks ago they were getting estimates for the tree removable yet have yet to see anyone on property."

"They barely fixes anything wrong and when they do they charge you out landish prices that you cannot afford. The office worker acts like she cant comprehend sometimes and have you coming to office all the time for recertification when you know you just did it a month or two ago. They quick to send and eviction letter but cant keep up with anything"
